Practice Manager – Global Professional Services Firm Our client, a global professional services firm, is seeking a Practice Manager to lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives and strengthen collaboration across the organization. Practice Manager to $175K – Empower Growth Through Knowledge and Collaboration! Compensation & Work Model $120,000.00/yr – $160,000.00/yr.

Work Model: Hybrid. Degree: Required. Responsibilities Develop and implement knowledge management systems.

Coordinate learning programs and post‑project reviews. Curate and maintain resource libraries. Facilitate cross‑team collaboration and integration.

Support practice area development and strategic priorities. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies. Partner with leadership to align initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications 6+ years of experience in professional services. Strong analytical and project management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Consultative, proactive approach to problem‑solving.
