Practice Manager (Accounting Firm)

Join Latitude! A national, growing firm with teams across Sydney (NSW), Melbourne (VIC) and Adelaide & Loxton (SA). We're looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take ownership of the operational engine of our firm from our Sydney Olympic Park office.

This is a significant leadership role with broad scope and real responsibility across the whole practice, from systems, risk and compliance to culture, client experience and office management — backed by the executive support you need to succeed.

What You'll Own

• Complaints and customer feedback
• Culture and events
• Client Experience (CX) — client onboarding, offboarding, setups and updates
• Cybersecurity, privacy and AML / CTF
• Document management and record keeping
• Fee increases and scope creep
• IT security, access and devices
• Knowledge base, templates and precedents
• Office management — leases, parking, buildings and kitchens
• Policy ownership and approvals
• Reporting and dashboards
• Risk, insurance and governance
• Software, tech stack, processes and SOPs
• Vendor and supplier management
• Whereabouts, leave and staff onboarding
• Admin Function

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years' experience as an Operations Manager or Practice Manager (preferred)
• Strong operational and people-leadership skills
• Highly organised and systems-minded, comfortable owning processes and SOPs
• Tech-savvy across cloud-based systems and modern tech stacks
• Sound judgement around risk, compliance and governance
• Proactive and hands-on, able to work with autonomy across a broad remit
