Practice Accountant - Manager

Job DescriptionThe Role We are looking for an experienced Practice Accountant to join a growning firm based in Cork city. Working closely with the Partners, you will deliver a exceptional service to SME clients while managing and mentoring a close knit team. Key Responsibilities Manager a protfolio of clients Oversee and file Corporation Tax, Income Tax, VAT, RCT, PAYE, and CRO documentation, ensuring strict compliance.

Supervise, mentor, and support junior team members, actively contributing to their professional development and daily workflow management. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships through clear communication and proactive, solution-focused advice. Help drive the next phase of growth within the business.

Requirements Minimum 4 years of general accounting experience within an Irish Accounting practice. Proven supervisory / management capabilities. ACA / ACCA qualified.
