PPC/SEM Team Lead

BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming brand who are looking to hire a PPC/SEM Team Lead based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of 3-5 PPC Consultants, ensuring campaigns are delivered effectively and internal processes are followed.
• Hold weekly 1-to-1 meetings to review performance, provide coaching, and support development.
• Work closely with the Head of PPC to report on performance, progress, and strategy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate campaign assets, launches, and new brand activity.
• Launch and manage new paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Plan and manage budgets to maximise ROI and achieve performance targets.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and implement improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' management experience within PPC or digital marketing.
• 2+ years of hands-on PPC/SEM experience, ideally within an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads.
• Good understanding of campaign optimisation techniques and ROI-driven strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and lead.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
