About the Role
Destination Education is currently working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Redbridge, and we are expecting a range of exciting PPA teaching opportunities to become available.

We are expecting full-time PPA Primary Teacher positions, with opportunities for teachers who enjoy the variety of working across different year groups and making a positive impact throughout the school. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who enjoys adapting their teaching, building relationships quickly, and bringing energy and creativity into different classrooms.

As a PPA Teacher, you will provide cover for teachers during their allocated PPA time, delivering engaging lessons across different classes and year groups while maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across different primary year groups.
• Cover classes during teachers' allocated PPA time.
• Adapt your teaching to suit different year groups and pupil needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and pupil engagement.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress where appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and the wider school team.
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds QTS or equivalent.
• Has recent experience teaching within a UK primary school.
• Is confident teaching across different year groups.
• Has strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Is adaptable, enthusiastic, and able to build positive relationships quickly.
• Has a genuine passion for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
• Is looking for a full-time PPA teaching opportunity in Redbridge.
