Summary Our Commercial Banking client is expanding its digital delivery capability and is hiring a number of Power Platform Developers to support a growing portfolio of automation and customer-centric solutions. These roles will play a key part in designing and delivering scalable applications and workflow automation using Microsoft Power Platform. This is an opportunity to work in a regulated enterprise environment where your solutions will directly improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.

The Role As a Power Platform Developer, you will: Design and build solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) Develop automated workflows using Power Automate Integrate solutions with enterprise systems and data sources Apply governance, security and best practice within a regulated banking environment Collaborate with Delivery Leads, Product Owners and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable solutions Ensure robust testing, documentation and deployment standards Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps Proven experience building flows in Power Automate Experience integrating with APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse or enterprise data sources Understanding of solution lifecycle management and environments Experience working within structured delivery frameworks Exposure to Microsoft Copilot / AI-enhanced development Experience in Banking or Financial Services Understanding of governance and controls in regulated environments What We’re Looking For Developers who can combine technical capability with commercial awareness Individuals comfortable operating in a hybrid delivery environment Self-starters who can balance pace with quality and control Strong collaborators who can work cross-functionally #J-18808-Ljbffr
