As a Power Engineer, you’ll work with HVAC, electrical, and life safety systems while collaborating with experienced professionals. Your role will ensure tenant comfort and safety across multiple facilities. Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily maintenance and repairs on building systems • Monitor and troubleshoot heating, electrical, and mechanical systems • Oversee preventive maintenance tasks by subcontractors • Conduct regular inspections and identify inefficiencies • Address tenant service requests and emergencies swiftly Requirements: • Valid 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering certificate • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation Utilize your engineering skills to enhance the safety and functionality of Edon Management facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
