Power BI Developer

Power BI Developer Salary: Up to £35,000 Locations: London, Leeds, or Manchester (2 days per week in office) We’re looking for a Power BI Developer to join a growing strategy and data team within a well-established marketing and communications group. You will be joining a collaborative data and strategy function, working closely with senior stakeholders and supporting both client-facing projects and internal data initiatives. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain high-quality Power BI dashboards and reports for both client projects and internal initiatives Develop structured data models, including star schema designs Use DAX, calculated columns/measures, and Power Query to transform, optimise, and analyse data Support the development and maintenance of BI design standards and reporting frameworks Work closely with internal stakeholders, presenting insights and explaining dashboard outputs Support data analysis and insight generation across a range of client accounts Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with Power BI , including data modelling and DAX Good understanding of Power Query and data transformation Experience communicating insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders SQL experience beneficial Interview Process 30-minute conversation with two members of the leadership team Practical task (60–90 minutes) completed ahead of the second interview, followed by a discussion This is a great opportunity for a Power BI Developer looking to work across a variety of data projects, client environments, and business challenges within a collaborative data team.
