Powder Coat PainterAbout us:Superior Farm brings together the rich legacies and expertise of Rite Way Manufacturing and Morris Equipment Ltd., two western Canadian companies dedicated to providing quality, performance-based equipment for farmers worldwide.What's in it for you?Wage Range: $23/HR - $29/HR Company-matched pension planHealth & Dental BenefitsLife InsuranceShort- & Long-Term Disability InsuranceWhat will you do?Operation and maintenance of powder coat spray guns.Operate measuring devices.Fill out production paperwork.Assist with loading and unloading products for coating and blastingAssist with any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.Work Conditions:Ability to lift up to 50lbsEnsure work area remains clean and well organizedConstant light physical effort (bending, reaching, carrying light items, walking, standing)Regular heavy physical effort (carrying, lifting or pushing heavy items)Overtime as required.Shift is Monday-Thursday, 4 days, 10-hour shiftsWhat do you need to succeed?Experience in Powder Coating is preferred but not required as we provide on-site training.A good attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are key traits we care about.A safe workplace is a core value for us, so a personal commitment working safe at all times, and any previous safety training is a bonus, though on-site safety training is provided.A commitment to quality and the ability to follow written work instructions.Related shop experience and understanding of basic hand and power tools is an asset. How to Apply: Once you click on the Apply for this Position button you will be taken to a page where you will have two ways to apply.
