Would you like to join an international fashion and footwear brand in a dynamic customer service environment?

At Foundever®, we are looking for a native or bilingual Portuguese speaker with an advanced level of English to join our Madrid team as a Customer Service Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, chat, and email
• Handle inquiries related to orders, deliveries, invoices, and claims
• Deliver an excellent customer experience
• Perform administrative and back-office customer support tasks

What We Are Looking For:

• Native or bilingual Portuguese
• Advanced English level (minimum C1)
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is valued
• Legal eligibility to work in Spain

Training

• Paid training included in the contract
• Duration: 5 days
• Schedule: 09:00 – 18:00
