Installs, tests and repairs the underground pipes, circulation lines, and heavy-duty mechanical equipment for swimming pools and spas.

Key Responsibilities include

• Assemble and glue PVC or flexible pipe networks for new pool construction or renovations.
• Set, connect, and align pumps, filters, heaters, and chemical feeders.
• Pressure-test plumbing lines with air or water to locate hidden leaks.
• Excavate, cut, or alter structures to repair and replace broken underground pipes.
• Troubleshoot and program automated pool control systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and pressure-testing gauges.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors in diverse weather.
