Over the last few years, Valtrust has built a differentiated investment platform with: · 3 live PMS strategies with over 3-year track record · Momentum and Fund-of-Funds offerings · Strong risk-adjusted performance · Entrepreneurial and research-driven investment philosophy · Growing HNI/UHNI client base across India and overseas As we scale our PMS and wealth platform, we are looking for ambitious and relationship-driven professionals to help expand our AUM and deepen client relationships. This is an opportunity to work directly with seasoned investors, engage with sophisticated HNI/UHNI clients, and participate in the growth journey of an emerging investment platform.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development · Identify and acquire HNI/UHNI investors for PMS, investment, and wealth solutions · Build and manage a strong pipeline through referrals, networking, market mapping, and relationship-led sourcing · Conduct client meetings, investment discussions, and portfolio presentations · Develop relationships with business owners, professionals, CXOs, family offices, and corporates · Drive AUM growth through long-term client engagement Relationship Management · Build deep and trusted relationships with clients · Coordinate portfolio reviews and investment discussions · Maintain high service standards and responsiveness · Generate repeat business and referrals through client satisfaction Investment & Product Positioning · Understand and confidently articulate PMS strategies, portfolio performance, and market outlook · Stay updated on capital markets, investment products, and regulatory developments · Position Valtrust’s differentiated investment approach effectively against competitors Collaboration · Work closely with investment and operations teams for seamless onboarding and servicing · Support leadership in expanding distribution and client reach across target geographies Desired Candidate Profile · 3–8 years of experience in PMS, AIF, wealth management, investment advisory, or financial product sales · Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products · Experience handling HNI/UHNI relationships preferred · Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills · Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution ability · Ability to independently drive business development and client engagement Why Join Valtrust? · Opportunity to be part of a fast-growing PMS platform · Direct exposure to seasoned investment leadership · Access to quality HNI/UHNI relationships · Strong learning opportunity across investments and wealth management · Entrepreneurial culture with high ownership · Attractive performance-linked incentives and long-term growth opportunity Education Level Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related fields. A postgraduate qualification (MBA/CA/CFA) is an added advantage. Capital market certifications, relevant NISM certifications are an added advantage.
