PMO Analyst Location: Glasgow (Hybrid) Financial Services - Banking Albany Beck is a consultancy that partners with leading financial institutions to deliver regulatory change, digital transformation, and operational excellence. We specialise in deploying expert consultants across programmes that shape the future of financial services. We are currently seeking a PMO Analyst for immediate deployment with one of our Tier 1 Financial Services clients, supporting a large-scale Customer Query Management transformation initiative.
We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support the governance, planning, and delivery oversight of a major Customer Query Management programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining programme controls, tracking performance, managing risks, and supporting executive-level reporting and governance forums. This role requires a strong understanding of project management disciplines, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to bring structure and consistency to complex delivery environments.
Develop and maintain programme plans, RAID logs, and performance dashboards to monitor progress and drive delivery oversight Track milestones, dependencies, and financials, ensuring alignment to programme timelines and budgets Standardise project management processes, tools, and templates to ensure consistency across delivery teams Produce insightful management information to support decision-making and executive reporting Partner with Programme and Project Managers to maintain alignment with overall transformation objectives Proven PMO experience within large-scale transformation or change programmes, ideally in banking or financial services Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks such as Agile, Prince2, or MSP Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Power BI (or similar reporting tools) Experience supporting digital or operational transformation programmes Familiarity with financial tracking and resource management processes Opportunity to play a pivotal role in a high-impact transformation programme within a Tier 1 financial institution Join a growing consultancy that values collaboration, professional growth, and client excellence Competitive day rates and access to ongoing development through our consultant network Be part of a community driving meaningful change across the financial services industry
