Location: West Yorkshire / Hybrid Working (1-2 days in the office a week – Bradford; Relocating to Leeds). Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Please make sure you read the following details carefully before making any applications.

We have an exciting opportunity for a PMO Analyst to join the Regulatory Portfolio team and help us deliver high-quality service to our customers. What we do We provide essential water and wastewater services to the Yorkshire region, aiming to protect communities and the environment. Our Regulatory Portfolio Team shapes the future of our business by delivering PMO services that ensure programmes are designed and delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Where you fit in As our PMO Analyst you will: Champion strong governance and control across strategic programmes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and to the highest standards. Support Programme and Project Managers with guidance on Change Framework templates and documentation. Own reporting by engaging with teams and creating dashboards and reports that drive decision making.

Bring financial awareness to programme activity, tracking budgets and maintaining financial discipline at portfolio level. Support procurement cycles and keep financial activity on track, organised, and compliant. Build relationships with programme teams to collect and interpret key information that supports delivery.

Monitor RAID and lessons learned, escalating where needed to keep programmes moving. Monitor benefits and cost performance, providing updates for relevant boards. Produce drafts of key project documents for senior review (board papers, stage reviews, closure reports).

Serve as the go-to contact for programme and project information with timely updates for stakeholders. Translate complex programme plans into clear, engaging plans that map milestones and benefits. Collaborate within the team to deliver support, challenge, and skills development to stakeholders.

Contribute to continuous improvement and build relationships with senior leadership and diverse stakeholders. Operate with energy, resilience, and a can-do mindset in a fast-paced environment. Uphold high standards in health and safety, risk management, and compliance.

Ensure work aligns with company standards and regulatory obligations, supporting ISO accreditation. What skills & qualifications you will need Experience in a fast-paced project, programme or PMO environment. Strong data analysis, risk identification and insight extraction skills.

A recognised project qualification (P30, PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, CAPM) or equivalent experience. Solid understanding of project management principles and best practice. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to support teams delivering change.

Ability to create clear presentations and reports for senior stakeholders. Experience with time reporting processes and project setup. Familiarity with project health metrics, KPIs, and turning data into action.

Proactive problem solver with good judgment and a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.
