You’ll play a key role in project governance, planning, reporting, and financial tracking, while also leveraging your technical skills to build Power BI dashboards and enhance SharePoint tools that support data-driven decision‑making. What you’ll do: Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and risk tracking. Create and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards, and governance materials. Manage Agile ceremonies and maintain artefacts like sprint boards and story maps. Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and automation. What you’ll bring: 3+ years in a PMO or project coordination role within financial services or technology.
Hands‑on experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, Jira, and MS Project. Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. xwzovoh PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification is a plus.
