You'll join their international Shared Services Centre in Barcelona, a dynamic hub bringing together over 40 nationalities, supporting key European markets while offering strong internal mobility and career growth opportunities.AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?As PMO Analyst, you'll act as the key organiser and navigator behind major IT programmes and company initiatives, providing governance, reporting, data analysis, and administrative coordination to ensure smooth project delivery.Audit project plans and processes to ensure compliance with project management standardsProvide governance, methodology, and administrative support across both Waterfall and Agile project teamsTrack the departmental budget and consolidate multi-source budget data into clear Excel reportsManage all vendor contracts, maintain contractor logs, oversee PO processes, and track renewal schedulesAdminister Atlassian Jira, managing accesses, governance, and space creation for the development teamMaintain and structure the departmental SharePoint workspace, user accesses, and document repositoryPrepare portfolio dashboards, KPIs, executive reporting, and capacity tracking against active contractsAssist Project Managers with baseline management, schedule updates, progress monitoring, and RAID log maintenanceProvide direct administrative and executive support to department leadership, including calendar coordination and taking meeting minutesOK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED?2+ years of experience as a PMO Analyst or IT Project Administrator within IT programme teamsFluent level of EnglishProven experience administering Jira and managing SharePoint environmentsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data consolidation, actuals reporting) and PowerPointStrong practical knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project methodologiesSolid background in IT vendor management, procurement workflows (POs, invoices), and budget trackingHigh level of autonomy, strong analytical mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skillsTHAT'S IT?You're the kind of person who thrives on order, clarity, and precision in a multi-tasking environment. xkdbapo
