Role Overview: We are seeking a Product engineer to design, drive, and scale a complex, AI-powered global streaming platform. This role is highly strategic and execution focused, involving deep collaboration across engineering, data, AI, and integration layers.

You will own the platform vision end-to-end, ensuring seamless integration of streaming infrastructure, data systems, AI personalization, and third-party OTT services while maintaining scalability, performance, and compliance. What You’ll Do: Define and drive the end-to-end platform strategy and roadmap across streaming, data, AI, and integrations Work closely with engineering teams to build a scalable, cloud-native architecture Lead integration of: Live streaming infrastructure (ingestion, encoding, CDN delivery) Data & analytics platforms AI personalization and recommendation systems Third-party OTT and payment APIs Ensure low-latency performance and high availability across global regions Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions Drive user engagement, retention, and monetization strategies using data insights Ensure compliance with geo-fencing, regulatory, and security requirements Continuously optimize platform performance, architecture, and user experience What Makes You a Great Fit: Platform Product Expertise: Experience owning or building large-scale platforms (OTT, gaming, fintech, or similar ecosystems) System Thinking: Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and modular architectures Streaming Knowledge: Familiarity with video streaming, CDNs, and low-latency delivery systems Data & AI Understanding: Exposure to data pipelines, analytics, and AI-driven personalization systems Integration Skills: Experience working with third-party APIs, payment systems, or external platforms Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity and complexity Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams Bonus: Experience in sports tech, betting, or gaming platforms Exposure to AI/ML tools or recommendation engines Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) Experience working on global consumer-facing products Background in startup or high-growth environments Why Join Codewalla?
