Phoenix, United States | Posted on 03/16/2026 Our client is looking for a Plant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing safe, efficient, and compliant operations in natural aggregates production facilities within the Arizona market. This role is for a hands-on leader who takes full ownership of plant performance, operates with minimal supervision, and applies strong judgment in dynamic mining environments regulated by MSHA and other agencies. The Plant Manager is expected to balance safety, production quality, cost control, and regulatory compliance while driving operational excellence from daily execution through continuous improvement and successful hand-off to sustained performance. Requirements Ensure compliance with all safety standards, industry’s best practices, and applicable government regulations, including MSHA, TCEQ etc... Manage and oversee natural aggregates operations to safely produce quality aggregate materials while controlling costs, maximizing operational efficiency, and driving profitability. Lead daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities to meet safety, quality, and cost targets. Monitor operational performance using key metrics, including cost per ton, plant uptime, Tons per man hour, and take corrective action as needed. Analyze production data to identify cost-saving and efficiency-improvement opportunities without compromising safety, quality, or regulatory compliance. Supervise, coordinate, and support employees to maintain efficient and safe production workflows.

Follow and enforce established operational procedures for conventional production processes. Make sound operational decisions guided by company policies, procedures, and business plans. Demonstrate strong leadership by fostering accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
