What you will do Miller Environmental is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a complex hazardous waste processing operation. This role requires a leader who can drive safety, ensure compliance, optimize processes, and manage operations in a constantly evolving environment. The position also plays a key role in financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and development of improvement and capital investment initiatives.

Key Accountabilities 1. Safety & Environmental Leadership Lead a zero-incident culture Ensure full regulatory compliance Drive prevention and continuous improvement 2. Operations & People Leadership Lead plant teams through Supervisors Build a culture of accountability and engagement Develop workforce capability 3.

Process & Technical Leadership Drive process optimization and scalability Translate technical solutions into operational execution Ensure resilience beyond key individuals 4. Adaptive Operations Management Lead in a non-steady-state environment Align operations with evolving waste streams Continuously adjust capacity and processes 5. Cross-Functional Leadership Integrate Operations with Safety, Maintenance, Engineering, and Commercial teams Align safety, operational, and business objectives 6.
