Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform technical-operational tasks to support the planning, execution, monitoring, control, collection, organization and analysis of activities, assisting in continuous improvement of management routines.
- Compile and prepare bulletins reporting results of oil and gas production, gas export, reservoir water injection and offloading operations for dissemination to management.
- Monitor production shutdown schedules, UMS campaigns, tactical planning and routine PMB planning.
- Assist in entering information into various planning, management and control systems, consolidating risk information that requires review with managers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Routine Management, Process Management, Project Management, or other related areas.
- Hybrid work arrangement, with availability to work in Rio de Janeiro.
- Experience performing price inquiries, managing direct and emergency purchases, analyzing proposals together with the Supply/Procurement management and consolidating documentation for contracting requests. Experience handling requisitions, prioritizing critical demands and monitoring processes, as well as preparing reports, presentation materials and control tools.
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP Ariba and Petronect for order management from requisition to delivery, including interface with tax and finance departments.
- Management of warehouse and onboard inventories, coordinating material shipments to offshore units and maritime and air transport logistics in accordance with procedures.
