Planning and Organizational Development Manager Location: Vancouver, BC V7Y 1C6 (On site) Salary: $67.00 per hour (40 hours per week) Employment type: Permanent, full-time Start date: As soon as possible Job Details Education: Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, general Experience: 5 years or more Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office – Outlook, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Windows; Google Drive Work setting: Consulting firm Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail Personal suitability: Judgement, Organized, Team player, Values and ethics, Time management Benefits: On‑site amenities, On‑site recreation and activities, Parking available, Wellness program Responsibilities Co‑ordinate administrative services Evaluate and manage operations of administrative services departments (single or multiple) Collect, record and manage administrative and service fees Assist in preparing annual budgets and manage budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies Conduct research Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations Direct and advise staff engaged in records management, security, finance, purchasing, HR or other administrative services Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures Hire, train and arrange training for staff; interview, hire and provide training Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services Manage knowledge and assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits Manage events Supervise office and volunteer staff (3‑4 people and working groups) Supervision 3‑4 people; working groups Who can apply for this job?
