For more info visit: Key Responsibilities - Connect and collaborate with schools, colleges, EdTech companies, and educational institutions for placement opportunities. - Organize free workshops/webinars for schools and colleges to build institutional relationships. - Coordinate with senior leadership of schools and educational institutions. - Review participants’ CVs and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Conduct the first round of interviews to brief candidates about the role and assess as per the job description and shortlist suitable profiles. - Follow up & coordinate between institutions and learners to ensure a smooth placement process. - Conduct sessions for learners to guide on how to prepare an effective resume. - Maintain records of candidate progress, interviews, and placement activities Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in Placement / B2B Partnerships in an educational institution. - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. - Self-driven, organised, and target-oriented. - Ability to evaluate CVs and conduct screening interviews effectively - Capable of independently taking sessions on resume preparation and interview readiness Work Details - Working Hours: 8 hours per day - Salary: As per industry standards - Mode: Remote
