Job Responsibilities ● Client mapping and getting the open vacancy and On the Job Training (OJT) for the undergrad and grad students. ● Counselling the students and preparing them for the interviews with the clients. ● Centre and partner visits and ensuring orientation program is done with all the enrolled students. ● Continuously mining new open positions and increasing employer base. ● Ensuring placement of all the students enrolled in the course ● Ensuring OJT/ Offer letters & OJT Completion letters are collected with the respective ● clients on time. ● Ensuring achievements of the placement targets. ● Scheduling and conducting candidate screening, evaluation and interviews (phone and inperson ● Taking care of the entire student lifecycle after enrolment ● Counselling students for onboarding and attending the interview ● Collecting of the documents and testimonials ● Maintaining the database ● Maintaining and updating the reports and dashboards ● Scheduling roundtable of CXO,CHROs
