Role Description The Placement Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing and enhancing placement activities for learners across finance and professional programs. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with employers, identifying placement opportunities, and coordinating campus and virtual recruitment drives.
The role involves guiding learners on career paths, helping them prepare for interviews and assessments, and tracking placement outcomes to improve overall placement effectiveness. The Placement Manager collaborates closely with academic and operations teams to align learner readiness with market needs, represents FinTram Global with hiring partners, and ensures a smooth, professional experience for both learners and recruiters. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and sustain employer partnerships.
Candidates should possess career counseling and learner support skills, including mentoring, interview preparation, and guidance on professional development. Candidates should possess placement coordination and event management skills, such as organizing recruitment drives, scheduling interviews, and managing placement processes. Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present to students and corporate partners.
Candidates should possess data management and reporting skills, including tracking placement metrics, preparing reports, and using basic MS Office or similar tools. Bachelorβs degree in business, commerce, human resources, or a related field; experience in education, training, staffing, or career services is highly beneficial. Knowledge of finance and professional certification programs (e.g., ACCA, US CPA, US CMA, CFP) and familiarity with the education and EdTech sector are an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate across teams, and maintain a learner-centric and ethical approach to placements.
