Management of the entire spectrum of heart failure. Fellowship training in heart failure including mechanical circulatory support and recent exposure to contemporary management of the heart failure patient through all care transitions is preferred 2 year guaranteed salary, full benefits, malpractice, relocation allowance and sign on bonus offered. Must have at least 2 years of practice experience post residency / fellowship.
