Physical Therapist - Austin, MN (New Graduates Welcome!) ($5000 Sign-on-Bonus) Shift: Full Time/ Part time Schedule: 20 - 36 hrs/ week Overview: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! This position will provide physical therapy services in Austin, Blooming Prairie and New Richland, MN. Duties & Responsibilities: Provides direct and indirect physical therapy services in long term care facilities, home health, assisted living and out-patient facilities Maintains accurate record of therapy sessions, consultations and other pertinent activities Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress Record and document patient care services Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist in Minnesota Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field.
