Phone Sales Representative

Job Description Job Description Orion Metal Exchange is hiring a Dialer / Phone Sales Representative to support our sales team. You will contact prospective clients, provide information about our precious metals products, and help manage the sales process. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using dialer systems Share information about precious metals products and services Identify client needs and provide appropriate solutions Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in CRM systems Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of prospects Meet activity and performance benchmarks Respond to client inquiries professionally and in a timely manner Qualifications Strong communication skills Ability to follow a structured sales process Basic computer and CRM proficiency Ability to manage tasks and time effectively What We Offer Structured training and support Collaborative, team-oriented environment Opportunity to gain experience in financial services Clear performance metrics and goals Requirements Proven experience in sales or telemarketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
