What you’ll accomplish with us
As a Performance Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:
Individual Training and Dealership Visits
Prepare visits thoroughly:
Obtain and analyze sales data (UniFI) to identify FSM development needs.
Discuss FSM requirements based on PACT/Lean and retailer objectives with the Consultant.
Conduct dealership visits:
Build strong, trustworthy relationships with FSMs to facilitate training.
Deliver tailored individual training on iA products, compliance, sales techniques, and handling non-met clients or credit refusals.
Use varied methods (role-playing, listening to recordings, attending client meetings) to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
Promote the use of corporate tools and systems.
Follow‑up after visits:
Update visit reports in Salesforce and share with all relevant parties.
Perform targeted follow-ups (calls, emails, performance analysis) for priority accounts.
Group Training
Deliver classroom and virtual training using iA Dealer Services material.
Ensure sessions are professional, engaging, and adapted to participant needs.
Maintain participant interest and ensure understanding of content.
Promote consistency in teaching methods and adherence to compliance standards.
Collect attendance records and forward to the responsible manage
Integration of new FSM
Assist new FSMs with onboarding and one‑on‑one coaching:
Office setup, tools, forms, software, and administrative processes.
Role‑playing and practical exercises.
Monitor performance regularly (weekly calls) and provide corrective actions if needed.
Ensure compliance and completion of training logbooks.
Administrative tasks
Maintain training materials up to date.
Prepare and submit reports required by management.
Inform the Performance Manager of any issues that could impact client relationships or compliance.
Notify the Performance Manager of schedule changes to ensure optimal coverage.
Submit expense reports weekly and attend meetings as requested.
Act professionally and in compliance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct.
