We help premium brands grow through strategic content, performance marketing, influencer collaborations, and e-commerce solutions. We're looking for a Performance Marketing & Shopify Growth Specialist who can drive revenue growth through paid advertising while building and optimizing Shopify websites that convert.

What You'll DoPerformance Marketing Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. Manage full-funnel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retargeting, and retention. Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages. Scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability. Shopify & E-commerce Growth Build, launch, and manage Shopify websites for fashion and jewelry brands.

Create and optimize landing pages, collection pages, and product pages. Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, and Google Tag Manager. Improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

Manage Shopify themes, apps, collections, and product catalogs. Analytics & Strategy Analyze campaign and website performance. Generate actionable insights and growth recommendations.

Collaborate with creative and client servicing teams to achieve client objectives. Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing and e-commerce. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads. Strong understanding of Shopify website management and optimization. Experience with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.

Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience working with D2C, fashion, jewelry, beauty, or luxury brands is preferred. What We Offer Opportunity to work with leading luxury fashion and jewelry brands.
