Performance Marketing Lead

Job Title: Performance Marketing Lead Location: Pune, India Experience: 5-10 years We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to join our client's team in Pune. We’re looking for someone who can drive growth, think creatively, and use AI to build smarter, high-performing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: ● End-to-end performance marketing strategy & execution ● Scale campaigns across Google, Meta, and other paid channels ● Drive lead generation, CAC, and ROI ● Optimize budgets, funnels, and conversions ● Run A/B tests and experiments ● Collaborate with product, tech, and design teams ● Build and optimize landing pages & user journeys ● Use AI tools for ad creatives, copy, testing, and campaign optimization at scale What we are looking for: ● 5+ years in performance marketing ● Strong hands-on experience with Google & Meta Ads ● Proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving ROI ● Strong understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics ● Someone who actively uses AI tools for creatives and campaign optimization ● High ownership, execution-focused, and startup-ready They are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
