About this Role
We are looking for a People Operations Manager to strengthen and scale our People function strategically. In this role, you will ensure our core processes run smoothly and consistently at high quality as we grow. You will play a key role in enhancing our team members’ experience across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to development and engagement—while helping build structures for a scalable organization.
This position suits a hands‑on, organized, and people‑oriented individual who improves operational processes behind the scenes. Based in Piracicaba (SP), this role requires regular in-person collaboration in our co‑working space.
Responsibilities
- Own and continuously improve core People processes.
- Ensure accurate and consistent People operations, including documentation and internal workflows.
- Support managers and team members with day‑to‑day People topics and questions.
- Implement and maintain People programs and initiatives.
- Maintain and organize People data, systems, and records.
- Support internal communication related to People policies and updates.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and team member experience.
- Be a core leader of the emerging InPlanet Co-Working and hub.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR.
- Experience working closely with senior stakeholders or leadership teams.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to drive initiatives end-to-end, from idea to execution.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data and spreadsheets.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
