People Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager / Generalist to oversee core HR operations, employee engagement, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Human Resources and a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, HR policies, and grievance handling. About Us Codevyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company working with leading organizations such as McKinsey & Company, Walmart, Razorpay, and Swiggy.

With a team of 650+ professionals, we specialize in Product Engineering, Data Engineering, Agentic AI, RPA, Full Stack Development, and GenAI solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, confirmations, transfers, and exit formalities. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRMS and other HR databases.

Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and relieving documents. Oversee probation tracking, attendance records, leave management, and employee data audits. Drive employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and employee wellness activities.

Conduct employee feedback surveys and recommend actionable improvements to enhance workplace culture. Handle employee grievances and concerns in a confidential and professional manner. Partner with managers to resolve employee relations issues and maintain a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements. Develop and implement HR policies and standard operating procedures. Prepare HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, engagement, and employee relations metrics.

Support performance management cycles, including goal setting, reviews, and employee development initiatives.
