Required Skills PEGA Certified System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory Strong hands‑on experience as a PEGA Application Developer Experience in end‑to‑end PEGA application development and implementation Good understanding of PEGA PRPC architecture and framework‑based application development Hands‑on experience in: Case lifecycle management Flows, Flow Actions, UI rules, Sections, Paragraphs Data Pages, Decision Tables, Decision Trees Experience in PEGA integrations using REST/SOAP services Knowledge of PEGA best practices, guardrails, and performance tuning Experience with ruleset management, debugging, and issue resolution Exposure to implementation, enhancement, and production support projects Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA
