Surgical Center: 8:30am - 4:00pm

Night Call: 5:00pm - 8:00am

24hr Call: 8:00am - 8:00am

Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 1 week per month Patient Population/Case Load: 10 patients per shift Case Mix: Outpatient, Inpatient Trauma Level: Level 3 Additional Information: License : An active Oregon state license is required. Willing to License: No Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90 days We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Otolaryngology Physician to join our team in Oregon.
