Pedagogical Coordinator | Early Years & Lower Primary

VER is assisting a prestigious, values-driven educational institution in the search for its new Bilingual Pedagogical Coordinator , focused on Early Years & Lower Primary .

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Play a key role in building the school from scratch - interviewing new students, hiring teachers, creating performance metrics, and working closely with the General Director;
• Teacher Development: Supervise planning, observe classes, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous training for faculty;
• Community Engagement: Lead family meetings and provide ongoing support and guidance to parents.

The ideal candidate

• Degree in Pedagogy, backed by a post-graduate degree or specialization in the field;
• Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written) are mandatory;
• Solid experience (5+ years) coordinating Early Years and Lower Primary School;
• Strong socio-emotional skills to lead, mediate, adapt to the school's culture, and inspire the team.
