Payroll/Customer Service Specialist

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile professional for a dual-role position supporting both Customer Service and Human Resources payroll functions. This position is responsible for providing technical customer service and support for a manufacturing company, while also managing bi-weekly payroll and benefits administration for a company of approximately 120 employees. Key Responsibilities Customer Service

• Provide technical customer service and support for manufactured products
• Ensure customer orders are accurate and complete
• Handle rush orders and special requests
• Process RMAs (Returned Merchandise Authorizations)
• Communicate with customers for assigned accounts via phone and email
• Apply company policies based on order source
• Handle PODs (Proof of Delivery) and invoice copy requests
• Process requests from customers and sales representatives
• Track orders and provide status updates
• Check product availability
• Enter and edit customer orders as needed

Payroll & Benefits Administration

• Process complete and accurate bi-weekly payroll using iSolved Payroll
• Manage payroll reporting
• Track Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Administer full-cycle employee benefits
• Oversee 401(k) administration through Empower 401(k)
• Serve as the primary point of contact with payroll, benefits, and 401(k) vendors

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of payroll administration experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with payroll systems and benefits administration processes (iSolved a plus)
