Payment Business Analyst/Payment Analyst/Business System Analyst(Payments Domain)

Title: Business Systems Analyst (Payment Domain) Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite) Job Type: Contract Responsibilities Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for Zelle payment solutions. Analyze, document, and validate business requirements related to Zelle Payments, FEDACH, and RTP routes. Support operational workflows and troubleshoot issues within Zelle payment processing systems.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. Assist in system upgrades, testing, and production support for Zelle payment systems. Provide subject matter expertise on Zelle payment rules and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills Hands‑on experience with Zelle Payments and related operational processes (mandatory). Strong understanding of FEDACH and RTP payment routes. Knowledge of US payment processing, compliance, and settlement procedures.
