Patient Recruitment Specialist - 6-month contract - 40 hours per week - Brazil (remote in country)
Join a leading clinical research organisation and play a key role in supporting global patient recruitment and retention activities across multiple clinical trials.
The Role
Working closely with Patient Recruitment & Engagement Leads, you will help deliver recruitment and retention strategies, coordinate study materials, oversee translation and print/distribution processes, and provide operational project support to ensure studies are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support patient recruitment and retention activities across multiple clinical studies.
- Coordinate the translation, review, tracking, printing, and shipment of patient-facing materials.
- Maintain study trackers, site databases, inventory records, and recruitment reports.
- Liaise with vendors, study teams, and sites to ensure smooth delivery of recruitment materials and services.
- Assist with project management activities, including meeting coordination, action tracking, reporting, invoicing, and document filing.
- Create engaging site communications, newsletters, and study updates.
- Monitor budgets, shipment activity, and study metrics, escalating risks where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in clinical research, trial operations, patient recruitment, or project coordination.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with tracking tools, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
