As a Patient Care Specialist, you will visit patients at their homes and help them undergo therapy using our EASE device.

Your role is not just technical — it’s about building trust, ensuring patients feel comfortable, and helping them stay consistent with their treatment. What You’ll Do Visit patients at their homes to conduct therapy sessions using the EASE device Explain the therapy process to patients and caregivers in a simple and reassuring way Ensure sessions are conducted properly and safely Track and record session details using our mobile app Share patient progress and any concerns with doctors and the clinical team Maintain hygiene and device safety at all times Provide emotional support and make patients feel at ease during sessions Report daily updates to your manager and share monthly summaries Who This Role is For Graduates from any field (freshers welcome) Someone comfortable with field work and traveling locally Strong communication and people skills Patient, empathetic, and responsible in nature Someone who can build trust with patients and families Additional Requirements Willingness to travel within Delhi NCR Valid driving license Own vehicle is a must Basic comfort using mobile apps for reporting Ability to communicate in Hindi and English
