Patient Care Operations Site Manager

Take charge of patient care operations as the Site Manager during off-hours. Ensure effective resource utilization and seamless patient flow strategies. Reporting to the Patient Care Manager, the Site Manager serves as the key onsite contact for resolving urgent issues.

This role is dedicated to managing staff and patient resources while leading patient flow coordination efforts. Your prior leadership experience and problem-solving skills are essential for making critical decisions on-site. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate emerging issues with Zone Senior Leaders • Manage resources for both staff and patient bed allocation • Ensure adherence to patient flow management guidelines • Support onsite staff in addressing concerns effectively • Operate as the site manager during evenings and weekends Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required • Current CRNA registration necessary • Valid BLS healthcare CPR certification required • Five years of acute care hospital experience essential • Leadership experience of three years minimum Leverage your nursing expertise to enhance operations and patient care amidst critical and non-regular hours. #J-18808-Ljbffr
