Job Description

Overview The Parts Manager is responsible for the efficient operation of the Birchwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Parts Department. This role aims to maintain a profitable parts operation through proper allocation of dealership resources, inventory management, purchasing, staff management, pricing, and advertising. The position involves preparing and administering the annual parts operating budget and maintaining a balanced inventory aligned with stakeholders across the Group.

Hiring, training, and motivating all parts department staff is a major focus. Reporting Relationship Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager. Responsibilities Lead the parts department in a high-paced environment with proven leadership skills.

Ensure customer satisfaction through strong relationship management. Leverage experience as Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager to drive performance. Develop and implement processes to maximize efficiency.

Apply knowledge of tire sales and aftermarket performance parts where applicable. Maintain high attention to detail with effective time management and organizational skills. Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment.

Clear credit and criminal record check. Valid five-passenger (5F) driver’s license, a clean driver’s abstract, and own transportation required. Qualifications Proven leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Relationship management with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience as Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager is an asset. Demonstrated success in maximizing efficiency through process development and implementation.

Knowledge of tire sales and aftermarket parts is an asset. Strong attention to detail with time management and organizational abilities. Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
