LiverpoolFull-timeMid LevelOn-site

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and proactive Partner Coordinator to join our Solutions team. In this role, you will be the core point of contact for external partners, managing communications and coordinating the complete partner onboarding lifecycle from initial due diligence to final contract readiness working closely with Project Managers.

Main duties:

  • Partnership Governance & Relationship Management: Act as the single initial point of contact and escalation for all partners across the onboarding, implementation, and business- as-usual lifecycle, coordinating regular service reviews, status meetings, and performance scorecards while resolving conflicts between partners, internal MEDITECH teams, and customers.
  • Implementation: Ensure implementation teams have full understanding and onboarding documentation of partner agreements, while serving as a communication and escalation point for project and customer success managers to coordinate timely issue resolution.
  • Contract Coordination & Compliance: Organize onboarding evidence, manage MEDITECH and customer due diligence, partner with the Contracts Manager on legal requirements, and monitor SOW and SLA compliance to prevent scope creep.
  • Financial & Pricing Coordination: Assist in tracking partner budgets, managing invoice approvals and milestone payments, and developing knowledge of partner pricing metrics to support tenders and pre market engagements.
  • Policy & Governance Oversight: Develop, update, and communicate relevant partner policies and procedures across the business through appropriate channels.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and coordinating contracts, statements of work (SOWs), SLAs, and multi-vendor delivery environments, while managing multiple partners, resolving conflicts, and building strong relationships.
  • Degree or diploma in a relevant field (or 3 years in healthcare IT and software relationship coordination), UK Health Tech experience across the NHS or private healthcare, and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and MEDITECH products.
  • Strong communication, business analysis, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, excellent organization and time management to meet deadlines independently, plus strong computer literacy and professionalism in a hybrid environment.

In keeping with MEDITECH’s values of LIVE, BELIEVE, RESPECT and NURTURE, we are committed to fostering respect in the workplace, promoting teamwork and sensitivity towards others. Our recruitment process is free from harassment, intimidation, bias and discrimination and we strive to recruit and develop people with potential at all levels of the business.
