What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) , you'll play a vital role in helping children and young adults reach their personal goals. Every day, you'll make a real difference by: Providing in-home support services tailored to each individual's needs. Assisting with daily living skills like bathing, brushing teeth, and household chores.
Engaging in fun activities and community events -mentoring and meeting individuals where they are. Supporting coping and communication skills to foster independence. Building lifelong relationships with families while creating positive change.

Ability to pass a background check. Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistency. Experience with individuals with disabilities or behavioral challenges is a plus!
