A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, staffing, and professional development of its paralegal support team. This leadership role partners closely with attorneys and practice support leadership to ensure high-quality litigation support, efficient workflow management, and exceptional client service across complex matters. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of paralegals and legal support professionals Oversee hiring, onboarding, staffing, training, and performance management Manage workflow allocation, productivity, and quality control across the team Develop best practices, training programs, and operational procedures for legal support services Support attorneys and case teams with trial preparation, filings, litigation support, and special projects Collaborate with attorneys, docketing, HR, and administrative teams to support staffing and operational needs Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and client-focused team environment Qualifications Bachelorโs degree required; paralegal certificate or JD preferred 5+ years of paralegal experience with strong litigation support background Prior management or supervisory experience required Thorough understanding of litigation processes, court filings, cite-checking, and trial preparation Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal technology platforms; Relativity experience preferred Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and discretion This position offers a flexible work program and the opportunity to join a collaborative and highly respected legal team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
