Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Degree (Mechanical , Electrical or Civil) or project management qualifications
• Min 10 years in projects, mining or mineral processing related.
• Gold surface and underground project exposure
• Proven client-side project delivery experience
• Tier one project delivery background preferred
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication
• Demonstrated tenure across previous roles
• Experience across multi-discipline project scopes
• Must have full Australian working rights

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead project governance and approvals processes
• Oversee budget, schedule, and risk management
• Coordinate EPCM and engineering consultants
• Manage contractor execution and delivery outcomes
• Engage stakeholders across project lifecycle
