Responsibilities Develop and maintain an effective oversight framework for all IT & Strategic Development activities, including telephony, written, email, and digital interactions. Review data with IT/SD teams to ensure processes support good customer outcomes and address potential issues. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the motor finance industry, products, processes, procedures, and scorecard updates.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles, and GDPR. Work Schedule 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
