Overnight Manager

Overview We’re looking for an Overnight Manager to lead the 11 pm‑7 am shift at McDonald’s. The manager ensures high quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Lead the overnight crew and other managers during the shift.

Monitor quality, service, and cleanliness, and take action to meet standards. Maintain safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the following shift.

Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and complete delegated tasks. Qualifications Previous leadership experience (ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality). Must be 18 years or older.

Positive team player available to work overnight (11 pm‑7 am). Salary Starting at $17‑$19 per hour. Benefits Paid vacations – 10 days PTO after 6 months, 15 days after first year.
