Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting to senior members of the Entrepreneurial Services team, responsibilities will include:
- Client Accounting – Deliver management accounts, month-end reporting and reconciliations for a portfolio of growing businesses.
- Commercial Reporting – Prepare financial information, KPI reporting and management insights to support business decisions.
- Advisory Support – Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning and fundraising readiness projects.
- Client Relationships – Develop trusted relationships with founders and finance teams while understanding their commercial objectives.
- Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline finance processes through automation and technology.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with tax, corporate advisory and other specialist teams to provide integrated client solutions.
- Client Onboarding – Support new client implementations, systems reviews and finance process assessments.
- Continuous Development – Build expertise across financial reporting, commercial advisory and emerging finance technologies.
