We are looking for the person who prioritizes customer service and satisfaction, gets the deals closed efficiently, can utilize Oracle NetSuite for all documentation, can work in a fast paced environment, and is hungry to be the top sales rep month after month.
You'll do this by maintaining a relentless schedule of calls and follow-ups that dictate your schedule so your plan is efficient and solid. You're organized and meticulous in documentation You can create a plan and execute it You possess a strong attention to detail You're confident, positive, and self starting You possess a high level of emotional intelligence and can work well with multiple different personality types You have proficient basic math skills including but not limited to: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and can read a tape measure You aren't afraid to get your hands or pants dirty (we are in a blue collar industry) About the Role Your position would start with a day by day map of your first 2 weeks including by not limited to: implementing organizational procedures, getting familiar with our operation, industry, and the initial products you'll start selling, and a list of initial leads to work on. Post training you'll start to locate, develop, and close leads on your own.
We utilize Oracle's NetSuite for all documentation calendaring, call tracking, note taking, etc. You will receive a company device and phone for all tasks and calls. There is an aspect of very light mechanical work (utilizing a drill and screws) for minor "plug and play" installs of dispensing systems.
Our sales reps participate in this step to aid in rapport building with the customer. Salary Range & Benefits 65,000-130,000 Paid Time Off & Sick Time Health | Dental | Vision Life Insurance Vehicle Allowance
