As an Outside Sales Representative, you will develop new business, nurture existing accounts, and drive sales growth. Youll be meeting with salon owners, stylists, and beauty professionals, showcasing high-quality products, and providing solutions that enhance their business.
Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and beauty professionals Prospect and generate new leads within the assigned territory Travel to client appointments, product demos, and industry events Meet or exceed sales goals through effective sales strategies Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to clients Track and report sales performance and market trends Job Requirements: Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills You know how to build relationships and close deals Clean Driving Record Experience: Sales Experience AT least 1 year experience in sales is required; outside sales experience is preferred but not required
